BEGINNER STRETCH

Learn, stretch, & experience total mind, body & spirit

VINYASA - HATHA - YIN FLOW - RESTORATIVE

Moving with your breath in a slow dance-like fashion while pausing periodically to hold for Hatha. Yin deep stretching to explore peace & harmony in the body. Develop body awareness, pose reflection, muscularity, balance & flexibility

SLOW FLOW VINYASA

Move, feel and flow with your natural breath cycle getting some cardio, balance, flexibility & strength training – all while having fun!

HOT POWER & NIDRA

Power Cardio Yoga for 20 minutes followed by deep stretches & Nidra (yoga sleep).  Float out of the studio relaxed & renewed

BODY SCULPTING

Yoga postures done with or without hand weights and/or resistance bands for a total body fitness routine

AERIAL YOGA

Enjoy the challenge of yoga suspended in a piece of cloth,  Develop body awareness & intense muscularity, coordination & endurance

Yoga Instructor

Paula is a Certified Yoga Instructor with over 3,000 hours of training through Holy Yoga, YogaFit & various other yoga training companies.  She is a Thai BodyWorker, Sound & Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner.  She holds numerous 100-hour certifications:  Active Adults, Athletes, Brain, Holistic Whole Body HealthCare, Addiction Recovery & Rehabilitation, Trauma Sensitive Adult & Children, Wellness, Women’s Health, Dysfunctional Eating & Yogalates.  Paula does speaking engagements at clubs, businesses & conferences on the healing aspects of yoga.  She’s coordinated multiple retreats in Costa Rica.  Her love of the practice and her students light up each session
