EVENT CENTER  
 Built of historical red brick with restored and refurbished barn wood floors, beautiful windows and archway doors with perfect lighting, its high ceilings, black accents, large open spaces and gorgeous setting makes the Serenity Center perfect for intimate and classy events.  Spring, Summer & Fall parties can easily flow out onto the large, glass front deck overlooking the lazy old St. Joe River and open garden space below.  The river’s edge is slowly being developed to include a gazebo, flower beds and natural log benches.  Lots of photo opportunities around the grounds.

Rental is available for weddings, bachelorette, graduation and birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, business meetings, any event that warrants a celebration in a charming venue!

Serenity Center encourages an alcohol-free environment, but if you wish to provide & serve alcohol, or allow your guests to bring into the facility you will be required to obtain a 1-day insurance rider on your home rental or owners policy emailed to me 1 week prior to your event, or alcohol will not be allowed.

BUILDING RENTAL CHARGES – If rental is within 6 months full payment is required at time of booking
SIMPLE RENTALS – $300 for 5 hours usage, one additional hour only, cost $50   Full day $500 (8 hours)

SPECIAL EVENTS RENTALS – Cost may be higher & will be negotiated

WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS, VOW RENEWAL RENTAL CHARGES – we have so much to offer, give us a call – this is a complete package deal
$1,700 Full day rental (12 hours) – no events past 8:00 pm outdoors due to location 

$1,000.00 Half day rental (6-hours)  – no events past 8:00 pm outdoors due to location

2-Hour wedding $200 – with officiant $300

KID’S CRAFT & YOGA PARTY
Have the kind of party everybody will remember!
The yoga studio 8 aerial swings offer an hour of exciting and challenging physical fun!  Loaner floor mats also available for floor practice.
If creating crafts is your “thing” then together we will plan to paint, build, sew, plant, draw, cut, paste any material together that Pinterest can come up with!  I will run the party and teach the craft (unless you have someone else in mind).  You purchase the supplies and together we will have a whole lot of fun!  You are welcome to get catering or bring in your own prepared food, cake, ice cream and drinks.  Together we will work out the cost involved for your special event and meet all your needs!
