Thai Bodywork is considered an interactive combination of acupressure, assisted yoga postures & stretches, massage tools & hot stones to provide deep heat to better manipulate trigger point & fascia issues. Pamper yourself with a paraffin hand wax treatment if desired, lavender eye cover & Ayurveda (oils, music, deep breathing). This ancient method of body work stretches & loosens tight muscles, tendons & ligaments to release tension & relieve joints. It’s a great way to achieve physical & emotional restoration
