Paula Smith DeJongh
Yoga Instructor
Paula is a Certified Yoga Instructor with over 2,500 hours of training. She is certified through Holy Yoga, YogaFit & Thai BodyWork. Specialty 100-hour certifications in Active Adults, Athletes, Brain, Holistic Whole Body HealthCare, Recovery, Warrior Adult & Children, Wellness, Women’s Health. Paula has traveled all over the USA for training & public speaking, as well as coordinating yearly yoga retreats in Costa Rica. Her love of the practice and her students light up each session
