The Best of Yoga
BEGINNER STRETCH
Learn meditation, postures, breath work while stretching, balancing & experiencing total mind, body & spirit awareness
VINYASA HATHA FLOW
Moving with your breathe in a slow flow dance-like fashion, sometimes holding the poses adds a Hatha component to the class
CHAIR
Learn how to workout in a chair using it as an assist. Build strength, muscularity, endurance & balance
TABATA & YIN – HOT POWER & NIDRA
Tabata & Power both consist of 30 minutes of cardiopulmonary Yoga exercise followed by Yin (holding stretches 1-3 minutes). Nidra is yoga sleep – total body relaxation
BODY SCULPTING
Yoga postures with hand weights, Pilates & aerobics for a total body fitness routine
AERIAL YOGA – REQUEST A PRIVATE CLASS
Enjoy the challenge of yoga in a piece of cloth! Develop body awareness, coordination, body intensive muscularity, strength & endurance

Paula DeJongh
RYT 500 hour, R-HYI 225 hour
Paula is a member of Yoga Alliance, with over 1,900 hours of training certifications. She is a certified Yoga Therapist and Thai BodyWork Specialist. Paula has traveled all over the US for training & public speaking, as well as coordinating yearly Yoga retreats in Costa Rica. Her love of the practice and her students lights up each session.
